We grow most of our plants on our 150-acre property. Any plants that are not grown here are locally sourced, so you know that you are getting a quality product with every purchase. Each plant is specifically chosen for better blooms, winter hardiness, and less maintenance.

No more paying out the wazoo for those pretty white pots; we are constantly researching new varieties of our favorite shrubs to bring more success and a fresh look to your landscape. You can also find your other favorite brands like the Encore Azalea line, First Additions, and the Endless Summer Hydrangea collection. We are even stocking Proven Winner Perennials and Annuals!

Outside of our winter hardy trees, shrubs, and perennials, we also stock the best Annuals and Tropicals. These are most popular in the Spring and Summer to add a bright pop of color wherever you need it. We stock hundreds of Hanging Baskets, Wave Petunias, Combination Planters, Braided Trees, and Annual Accents each Spring. Come in and select top notch annuals for your home or bring your pots to us! Pick out the plants you would like and let our Greenhouse staff create the combination planter of your dreams. Add a touch of unique beauty without getting your hands dirty!

Many people visit their Garden Center in spring or summer when outdoor activities are in full swing—but don’t overlook the beauty of other seasons! In late summer and early fall, we offer stunning Mums, Asters, and other fall accents to keep your landscape vibrant as spring and summer blooms fade. As the frost sets in and temperatures drop, we prepare for the holidays with locally grown Christmas trees, poinsettias, handcrafted wreaths, and unique gift options to brighten your winter season.

The Design Process, You’re in Good Hands

Don’t worry if you aren’t sure what to do with your landscape, you’re not alone. Abell Nursery is proud to staff Landscape Architects that can meet you at your property and help you with any scale project. Consultations start at just $50 and are meant for small projects or remediation. Small projects include single beds, general maintenance quotes, drainage issues, etc. Larger scale projects that require multiple sections and typically span multiple visits are better suited for our Master Landscape design which starts at just $250.
