Our Maintenance department has been helping Indiana homeowners for years to care for their landscaping and help identify issues early to prevent plant loss.
Our Landscape Maintenance crews are trained to know when certain procedures or products are appropriate to maximize efficiency. We carry a wide variety of herbicides, insecticides, animal repellents to help deter or prevent major damage to your plants. They are also trained on plant identification to ensure that they don’t harm any plant by inappropriate trimming. Many plants require frequent pruning to maintain a manicured or desirable shape. If left untrimmed, what was once a beautiful shrub can quickly become an unruly eyesore.

Year-Round Maintenance Contracts
Abell Nursery offers a Maintenance Contract program for our customers that don’t have the time or the patience to care for their landscaping year-round. Our Maintenance Contracts guarantee that one our reputable representatives will visit your property at least once a month to assess weed control and general health in addition to seasonal services like re-mulching, trimming, and clean-up. Participants in the program are free to add on additional work and can enjoy a discounted labor rate.
Maintenance Contracts are ideal for customers that want to enjoy their landscaping but don’t want to get their hands dirty. Our crews can make recommendations for ways to optimize your landscape like adding annuals for a pop of color or swapping out a plant that is struggling for one that will thrive.
